Crystal-Marie Mitchell is an experienced creative and program manager who is gifted in bringing order to chaos. She has owned IsrylDesigns for over 20 years and runs The Diva Inc. (now The Diva Media Agency, LLC), her content creation and program management company, for over a decade. Her passion is helping individuals, solopreneurs, and small businesses thrive by setting realistic goals and creating business processes that are simple and efficient. Crystal-Marie knows firsthand how attention to detailed business processes can increase creativity and revenue. ‍ She has developed visual identities for multiple small businesses in her career. She believes that small businesses require excellent branding, visuals, and a cheerleader to advocate for their project or business launch.
